Our gymnasium is interested in providing of an equal access to the qualified education for each student by implementing the innovative technologies of experience learning. We have been bringing up a harmonious self-conscious personality who is able for critical thinking through using of science research activities and able to reflect on big WHY questions: What are my values? What motivates me? Why do I work with certain people (classmates/colleagues)? What can I do for this world? If you want to find the answers, welcome to our gymnasium! By the way, you can take part in different competitions connected with basketball, football, cheerleading, karate, sport orienteering, and others on the base of our school. Our Euroclub “Suchasnyk” is famous in many countries. We are the members of an international project named “Democratic School” provided by European Council. Let’s cooperate together!
The history of Kamyanske, located on both banks of the Dnieper, originates from the Cossack times. An imaginary journey through the historic part of the town – the Upper Colony – is represented by the architectural monuments of St. Nicholas Roman Catholic Church and St. Nicholas Orthodox Cathedral, the Public audience and the engineering club. In the central part of Kamyanske you can be inspired by architectural landscape of the Dramatic theatre, Museum of History, the Technical Lyceum and University, and by the views of the town park with its attractions and fountains. On the other hand, Kamyanske is a large industrial center of Ukraine with metallurgical and chemical enterprises. On the left bank of the town you will be impressed by the modern buildings and business offices, by a picturesque park and a forest. In our Cinema Palace you can visit the modern film festivals and music shows. Welcome!
We would like to have friendly relations with the Polish schools, so that students could communicate on topics of providing democratic processes, technical and scientific achievements, broadening and developing the skills needed in the 21st century, creating joint projects. They could get acquainted with the history, customs and cultural traditions of Poland and Ukraine, present their countries thus promoting key competencies mutually beneficial for the youth of our states.
